Methods
We
are happy to offer payments by Internet/ATM Bank Transfer or Paypal. During checkout, various payment methods will be available for your selection. All
prices stated are in Singapore Dollars.

Internet/ATM Fund
Transfer
The details of
the Internet Bank Transfer/ATM will be shown during ORDER CONFIRMATION
and will also be sent through the confirmation email.

PayPal
We recommend credit card payments via PayPal. Sign up is free. For more
information on PayPal, please visit their website at www.paypal.com. Payment is in
USD and a transaction fee charged by PayPal 3.4%(USD Invoice Value) +
USD$0.30 will be included.

Note :
If we do not receive any
payment 3 days after receiving your order , we reserve the right to release the
stock to other customers.
Shipping/Delivery
All our deliveries are shipped by
Singapore Post. If you have other preferences, please feel free to contact us at

1 ) Local orders
You will receive your purchase within 2-4 working days from the date of receipt
of your payment. We offer a few shipping/delivery methods and these options can
be selected during CHECKOUT.

Local Delivery
Service
There will be a
surcharge of S$6 if you require us to arrange for door-to-door delivery.
Please note that we do not deliver to post office box.

Delivery charges by Weight – Local
order only
For Local Orders, we can send the items to you via Singapore Post at a
Minimal Charge for postage & handling. Orders will be mailed out AFTER
payment is received
Up to 250g - S$1.00
Up to 500g - $1.50
Up to 1kg - $2.60
Up to 2kg - $4.00
The above charges will be automatically
calculated when you check out. The weight of your order will be based on the
weight of your item. To find out the weight of each item, kindly refer to the
details of each item. If you order more than 1 item, the weight of all the items
will be added to calculate the postage charges.
We also offer delivery charges by Per
Item. This is recommended if you are buying 1-2 items that are heavy.
For the above shipping/delivery options, the cost of shipping will be calculated
for you when CHECK OUT.
For packages sent via REGISTERED MAIL, kindly top up $2.50 to the total charges
shown on the ORDER CONFIRMATION page. Patiepie.com will not be responsible for
lost packages sent via non-REGISTERED MAIL.
FREE delivery
will be provided for purchases above S$120(Local order only).
2 ) International Order
We ship to anywhere in the world and shipment usually takes 5-12 working days
for most countries. Shipping Fee Estimate: US$5 - US$12 Per Item . To find out
about the shipping fee to your country, please contact us at enquiries@patiepie.com
If you are paying using
PayPal, we suggest that you contact us before confirming your order so that we
can calculate the total cost including shipping before your payment. You can
contact us via email or MSN at enquiries@patiepie.com .
Returns
Our Exchange and Refund Policy
We take pride in our products and will make sure that every bag is carefully
checked before shipment. It is important to us that you are completely satisfied
with our bags. Should you be dissatisfied with your purchase, please email us at
enquiries@patiepie.com within 3 days upon receiving your
purchase for an exchange.
We are happy to provide a one-time replacement for any item available in our
catalogue. For a higher replacement value item, a top up is required for the
difference. However, we regret that no refunds will be made for a replacement of
lower value item.
Items returned must be unused and in the same condition as received. Shipping
and handling charges for returned products will be borne by the customer. Once
we receive your item for exchange, we will send your new order via local mail or
door to door delivery. You will receive an e-mail informing when your new order
will be shipped.
Goods sold are
non-refundable.
Other important notice

We are sorry
that we are unable to process cancellations once the ordered items are
shipped.

not be 100% similar to what you see on our website due to photography
lighting. We strongly encourage our customers to confirm with us before
ordering to avoid disappointment.
